erklärt hiermit, dass die dieser Übereinstimmungserklärung beiliegende neue persönliche Schutzausrüstung
(PSA) übereinstimmt mit den Bestimmungen der österreichischen PSA-Sicherheitsverordnung BGBl. Nr.
596/1994 und damit mit der PSA-Richtlinie 89/686/EWG idgF und hierbei die harmonisierten Europäischen
Normen berücksichtigt werden sowie identisch ist mit der PSA, die Gegenstand der von der zugelassenen
Prüfstelle ausgestellten Baumusterbeschreibung (Reg. Nr. siehe Etikette an der PSA) war und dem Verfahren
nach Art. 11A der PSA-Richtlinie bzw. §14 der PSA-SV unter Kontrolle der gemeldeten Stelle TÜV Austria
Services GmbH, Krugerstraße16, A 1015 Wien, unterliegt.

hereby declares that the new personal protective equipment (PPE) enclosed with this certificate of confor-
mity is in conformity with the provisions of the Austrian Personal Protective Equipment Safety Regulation,
Federal Gazette No. 596/1994 and hence with the PPE Council Directive 89/686/EEC as amended, and with
the harmonised European Standards, and that it is identical to the PPE which is the subject of the EC certi-
ficate of conformity (registration no. see label attached to PPE) issued by the given authorised body, and is
subject to the procedure set in out in Article 11A of the PPE Council Directive, respectively §14 of the PPE
Safety Regulation under the supervision of TÜV Austria Services GmbH, Krugerstraße16, A 1015 Vienna.
