ERGO Click Plus / Pro / Suva to EN 361:2002 and
EN 358:1999
EN 358: This harness belays its wearer at the work
site (work positioning) or prevents the
wearer from reaching a location from
where he/she can fall down (restraint
function).
A work positioning harness to EN 358
by itself is not suitable for fall arrest
purposes!
In order to provide protection against falls
from a height, it may be necessary to use
configurations including collective
equipment (e.g., safety nets) or personal
protective equipment (e.g., fall protection
systems to EN 363)!
1. Selection of the right harness size:
Universal size / max. weight of wearer (= body
weight + equipment): 130 kg
2. Correct use of harness closure and readjust-
ment buckles: (buckle design depends on harness
type).
