How do you use the Wall Patio Heater? Connect the Wall Patio Heater to an earthed
wall socket and turn it on using the switch on the wall bracket by pulling the cord. An
indicator on the wall bracket shows which setting the heater is on. Select power setting "I"
600 W or "II" 1200 W. Setting "0" means the heater is off.
How should the Wall Patio Heater be positioned? It is very important to position the
heater correctly, as incorrect positioning may result in a fire risk.
Please bear in mind the following distances:
For wall mounting: Distance from ceiling 15 cm
For ceiling mounting: Distance from wall 30 cm
Distance to floor: 180 cm
The short side of the heater must be at least 15 cm away from any other objects.
Never direct the heater towards a wall or ceiling. Nor should the heater be installed over a
door opening on the side where the door opens under the heater.
How large an area does the Wall Patio Heater cover? The patio heater covers an area
of around 10 m

Does it take a long time for the Wall Patio Heater to start generating heat? The
radiant heat starts as soon as it is switched on.
Can the Wall Patio Heat cope with water? Yes. Protection class IPX4 means that the
patio heater can cope with being outside in drizzle and still function without any problem.
Does the Wall Patio Heater consume a lot of power? If you have the Patio Heater
switched on at the highest power setting for one hour, it consumes 1.2 kWh.
How long does the QC-Helix™ rod last? Around 3,000 hours.
How long does the guarantee last? 2 years.
