Checks
The function and safety of the components
of the natural gas system was checked by
Opel prior to delivery. To maintain their
function and safety, the components must
be regularly serviced and inspected.
Have repairs to the components of the
natural gas system performed by a
workshop authorized to service natural
gas vehicles. We recommend your Opel
Partner. Improperly performed work
presents a danger to life.
Do not make any modifications to the
components of the natural gas system, as
this will render the vehicle unroadworthy.
Any natural gas storage tanks that have
been subjected to the effects of a
collision or a fire must be examined
and, if necessary, replaced by a
workshop authorized to service natural
gas vehicles. We recommend your
Opel Partner.

The natural gas test intervals must be
observed regardless of the service
schedule set out in the Opel Service
Booklet. Regulations, including those
regarding intervals, are country-specific.
Consult your Opel Partner for
information on intervals.
The adhesive label on the cover contains
the parts numbers of the components of
the natural gas system which are subject to
type approval and must be checked
regularly.
It is obligatory to provide evidence of all
work undertaken on these components.
As a consequence, all modifications or
work and tests on these components must
be documented on the pages which
follow.
To comply with legal requirements, the
storage tanks of the natural gas system
must be checked and, if necessary,
replaced by the due date indicated on
the tank flap.
