Usage :

Before using the appliance, check whether the power installation is correct to assure the supplied
voltage is coordinated with the suing voltage.

Plug in the appliance to the main socket; The green indicator should illuminate meaning there is
power on the appliance.

Rotate the temperature controller (proportional) clockwise and set the desired temperature, at this
time the yellow indicator should illuminate on and show the heating tube is operating.

Adjust the height of the trunk using the handle to increase or decrease the desired distance
between the heating element and the food.

When the temperature reaches the desired temperature, the controller will automatically cut off
the power. At the same time the heating indicator should turn off and the heating tube stops
operating.

Move the trunk to the highest level before taking out the food.

When the temperature lowers down, the temperature controller will connect the power
automatically. The yellow indicator should illuminate. The heating tube will operate again and start
heating the food.

When the temperature controller is rotated to the maximum position the appliance will heat
continuously on the maximum temperature.

The oven with the double temperature controller operates the same way.

After usage turn the temperature controller anti-clockwise and cut the power
Maintenance advice:
 Cut off the power before cleaning to prevent accidents.
 The stainless steel drop plate and drop net can be taken out to be cleaned with water with non-
corrosive cleaner. Do not use a sharp object to get rid of the filth on the surface of oven.
 After using the appliance, use a wet towel containing non-corrosive cleaner to scrub the surface of
oven and power cord. Do not spray water directly into the body of the oven to prevent water to
leak into the control trunk and destroy the electric function and elevating structure.
 When the appliance is not in use, shut down the appliance.
 When the appliance is not used for a longer period, the oven should be cleaned and put it in a
well-ventilated warehouse with no corrosive gas.
