Kitchen timer
• Turn on the kitchen timer as follows:
• Turn on the scale by pressing the 'ON' button.
• Select the kitchen timer function by pressing the
'SET' button. A clock symbol will appear in the top
left corner of the display and (if you are using the
kitchen timer for the first time) four noughts will
also appear in the display: the first two noughts
are for the number of minutes and the last two
noughts are for the number of seconds.
• To set the timer
• Press the 'SET' button again to set the desired
time. The first digit will now begin to blink.

• Press the '+' button to select the desired number.
Press the 'SET' button to select the following dig-
it and repeat this until the correct time has been
set.
• Press the 'SET' button again; the timer has now
been set.
• Press the 'START' button to activate the kitchen
timer.
• You can stop the kitchen timer by pressing on
'STOP' and turn it off by pressing on 'OFF'.
• The activated timer will continue to operate even
if the scale turns itself off automatically.
