1.4. Charging the FTD

The device is equipped with a rechargeable battery. Once the device has been connected to a USB charger or the USB socket of a computer, it
will start to charge automatically; even if the ON/OFF communicator is set to OFF (this functions in exactly the same way as a mobile phone).
The device can be used while it is charging. During charging, the charge indicator will be red. When the device is fully charged, the indicator will
turn green.

If the battery is completely empty, it will be necessary to recharge the device for 6 hours in order for it to be fully charged.
