Caution – danger of damaging the device
Make sure that the polarity is correct.
➤ Make sure that the cable at the positive battery terminal (fig. 2 2,
page 3) is protected with a 15 A fuse (fig. 2 3, page 3).
➤ Connect the brown cable (fig. 2 br, page 3) to the positive terminal of the
battery (fig. 2 2, page 3).
➤ Connect the blue cable (fig. 2 bl, page 3) to the negative terminal of the
battery (fig. 2 2, page 3).
➤ You can extend the cable if necessary, but only with a cable according to
the following table:

Note
Before starting your new cooler for the first time, you must clean it
inside and outside with a damp cloth for hygienic reasons (see also
chapter "Cleaning and maintenance" on page 25).

Energy saving tips

Choose a well ventilated location which is protected from direct sunlight.
Allow hot food to cool down first before you place it into the device.
Do not open the cooling device more often than necessary.
Do not leave the door open for longer than necessary.
Arrange the food in the cooler so that air can circulate inside.
