o Close the drain outlet with the plug.
o Shut the lid and plug in to the relevant socket.
o Set the temperature control knob at the highest value (position 7).
o Place the removed frozen food items back in the freezer. Place the frozen food items
with the shortest use by date at the top of the freezer.
o When the red light stops glowing, set the temperature according to the stored
amount of food.

7. Possible Malfunctions

In case of malfunction, disconnect the device from its power source. Before contacting
the service or sales agent, verify - based on the table below - whether it is possible to
eliminate disruption in operation.

Cause
• The plug is not correctly
placed in the socket.
• The plug is damaged.
• Before switching on, the
device has not stand still
long enough (2 hrs) to
level off the cooling agent.

• The lid does not close tight.
• The seal is not placed tight
enough.
Solution
• Properly place the plug in the
socket.
• Check the device by plugging
in to another socket.
• Unplug with the lid shut, lift
the device for a moment by
one side and then place back
in its location.
After 2 hours plug in.
During this time and for the
next 12 hours, or until the red
control light stop glowing, do
not open the device.
• To check, place a sheet of
paper between the seal and
lid and shut the lid. If you can
easily remove the paper in
any place contact the service.
