Problem
The device does
not cool
sufficiently.
Freezing time too
long
The compressor
starts too often
The exterior of
the device is
steamy.
If the problems in operation cannot be eliminated:
do not open the body,
-
-
inform the service or contact the supplier providing:
kind of a problem;
code number and serial number (see identification plate at
the rear wall of the device).
The following does not indicat any problem or failure:
Short, lound sound of whining or clicking when the compressor starts up.
Sound of flowing water. Such a sound is audible at normal operation. It is
produced by the coolant in the system.
Cause
• Excessive ice formation on
the interior walls of the
devices.
• The device is located in the
sun exposure or near a
source of heat (stove,
heater).
• Amount of fresh food items
is not relevant to the
freezer capacity, or the
items are too warm.
• Humidity exceeds 70%.
Solution
• Follow the instructions in
point 6 "Cleaning and care".
• Protect the device against
sun exposure, keep the
distance between the device
and source of heat or
separate with an insulation
board.
• Place such amount of
products in the device that is
relevant to the freezer capa
city, cool down warm meals
to the room temperature.
• Air the room, remove the
cause of the excessive
humidity if possible.
