7. Possible Malfunctions

Problem
No cooling.
Poor cooling.
Loud operation
of unit.
The compressor
does not turn off
automatically.
The above mentioned cases are given for reference only and should be
considered as examples. If you experience these or similar problems, you should
immediately turn off the device and discontinue its use. The device should be
checked and repaired immediately by a qualified technician or the manufacturer.
The following phenomena are not malfunctions:
1. The sound of flowing water. This noise is audible during normal operation. It is
coolant flowing in the system.
2. The formation of condensation on the glass is normal with high humidity. Wipe the
condensation with a dry cloth.
Cause
• Mains plug not inserted in the
socket.
• Blown fuse.
• The loss of voltage.
• Defective thermostat.
• Direct sunlight or proximity to
heat sources.
• Improper air circulation
around the device.
• Too little space between the
objects placed in the device
or overcrowded device.
• The device is not on a level
surface.
• The device is placed against a
wall or other objects.
• Overcrowded device.
Solution
• Insert the plug into the
socket properly.
• Check the power supply.
• Check the power supply.
