BASIC CONFIGURATION

5.1

MONITOR SELECTION

This Function allows to control the OSD Menu, switching HDMI and/or VGA Video Output.
Set the HDMI/VGA Resolution to 1920x1080 and connecting both video output (i.e. VGA and HDMI) on NVR, it is
possible to display the OSD NVR Menu for both video output on monitor, if monitor model supports the 1080P resolution
in VGA video output. Otherwise it is possible to decrease the HDMI/VGA Resolution to 1024x768 and display the OSD
NVR Menu for both video output connected (i.e. HDMI and VGA).
5.2

LANGUAGE AND DATE/TIME SETTINGS

To set language and date/time, follow the procedure below:
On the NVR, select [Main Menu
Change date, time and format, setting the current date/time. It is also possible to set the daylight-saving time, by
selecting the button [DST].
Save the configurations, exit from the NVR menu and reboot the device, if required.
5.3

VIDEO OUTPUT CONTROL

On the NVR, select [Main Menu
monitor.
Using HDMI video Output on NVR, in order to correct display about LIVE Preview, it is needed to set to NVR the
supported resolution from HDMI Monitor (Example: If you're using a HDMI Monitor and it supports only
1280x1024 and 1920x1080 Resolutions, on NVR the resolution value in order to set is 1920x1080 in the
"VGA/HDMI Resolution" option for NVR Menu.
To save the changes, select the button [Apply], exit from the menu and reboot the device in order to make
changes active.
