9. Sabotage Contact
The sabotage contact is internally connected to the terminal clamp 17 + 18 (24 h alarm zone).
If the alarm system casing is closed, the sabotage contact is closed. When the alarm system is opened,
alarm zone 6 is activated.
10. Commissioning / Standby
After performing the connection and jumper settings, you can now start commissioning of the alarm sys-
tem.
Proceed as follows:
• Switch on the operating voltage.
• The alarm system is now in standby mode for 60 seconds. During this phase, all alarm system functions
are inactive. The internal signalling device emits beeps. The "ZONE STATUS" LED and the "SYSTEM
STATUS" LED flash alternatingly.
• After 60 seconds, the alarm system is deactivated. The "SYSTEM STATUS" LED lights green continually.
Do not operate the key switch while the system is in standby unless you want to switch the
system to battery test mode (see section 14.1).
If the key switch is operated accidentally, battery test mode starts and you have to wait until the
battery test is completed. Then the alarm system is deactivated again.
