The washing machine has an error detection system with a combination of wash cycle
indicators. The most common error codes are listed in the table below.

POSSIBLE FAULT
The machine door is not properly
closed.
The water pressure or level inside the
machine may be too low.
The pump or the pump's electrical
connection is faulty or the drain pump
filter is clogged.
The machine contains too much water.

ACTION REQUIRED
Close the door properly until you hear a click. If
the machine continues to indicate a fault, turn
off the machine and unplug it, then immediately
contact your local authorised technician.
Make sure the tap is fully open. The mains water
supply may be cut off. If the problem persists, the
machine will automatically stop after a certain
time. Unplug the machine, turn off the tap and
contact your local authorised technician.
Clean the drain pump filter. If the problem
persists, contact the nearest authorised
technician.(*)
The machine will automatically drain the water.
Once the water is drained, turn off the machine
and unplug it. Turn off the tap and contact your
local authorised technician.
