Multiple cylinder system - create the following firm, tight connections:
• Adapters on to the inlet connectors of the automatic or manual changeover valve or the
double shut-off block
• 2 compression fitting connections between the pre-assembled short pipe socket
adapter.
• 2 compression fitting connections between the pre-assembled short pipe socket
T-piece TL with compression fitting
• 2 compression fitting connections between the pre-assembled long pipe socket
T-piece TL with compression fitting
• If you have six or more cylinders, create more compression fitting connections.
• Compression fitting connection between the pre-assembled long pipe socket
elbow WL with compression fitting
• Compression fitting connections between the free elbow WL with compression fitting
T-piece TL and the high pressure hoses from the operating and spare cylinder sides.
• High pressure hoses
valves.
Connecting and installing hoses assemblies
• Connect hoses so that mechanical, thermal and chemical stresses are avoided:
 mechanical stress: e.g. do not pull the hose assembly over sharp edges
 thermal effect: e.g. avoid open flames, radiant heat
 chemical effect: e.g. avoid grease, oil, caustic substances
• Install hose assemblies so that they are not under tension (no bending and tensile strains
or torsion).
• Install hose assemblies so that their connections cannot loosen unintentionally.
• Connections to the pressure regulator with 90° outlet prevent the hose assembly from
being kinked.
• Observe the applicable national installation regulations for LPG systems.
