Für den sicheren Betrieb der Gasgeräte während der Fahrt muss die Sicherheits-Gasdruck- Regelanlage Caramatic DriveTwo, bestehend aus automatischem Umschaltventil, Niederdruckregler mit Überdruck-Abblaseventil PRV und mechanischem Crash-Sensor-Pendel, mit zwei Hochdruck-Schlauchleitungen mit Schlauchbruchsicherung (2x Caramatic ConnectDrive - nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) an die Gasflaschenventile der Zweiflaschenanlage angeschlossen werden. -

Caramatic DriveTwo Überdruck-Abblaseventil PRV Das Überdruck-Abblaseventil PRV - Pressure Relief Valve, im Weiteren PRV genannt, ist eine im Druckregler eingebaute, selbsttätig wirkende Sicherheitseinrichtung mit begrenztem Durchfluss, welches die angeschlossenen Verbraucher vor unzulässig hohem Druck schützt. Entsteht auf der Ausgangsseite ein unzulässig hoher Druck z. B. durch hohe Temperaturen, öffnet das PRV und bläst den Überdruck über die Atmungsöffnung ab. -

Caramatic DriveTwo Beschädigung des Produktes durch falsche Einbaurichtung! Die ordnungsgemäße Funktion ist nicht gewährleistet. Einbaurichtung beachten (diese ist auf dem Produkt erkennbar mit einem Pfeil gekennzeichnet)! Schraubverbindungen Explosions-, Brand- und Erstickungsgefahr durch Undichtheit der Anschlüsse! Kann durch Verdrehen des Produktes zu Gasaustritt führen. -

Caramatic DriveTwo Vereinfachte Dichtheitskontrolle Bei jedem Gasflaschenwechsel und nach längerer Stillstandszeit, Flaschenanlage auf Dichtheit prüfen. 1. Die Gasflaschenventile der Betriebs- und Reserveseite sind geschlossen. 2. Die Sichtanzeige Typ AUV ist ROT. 3. Die Gaszufuhr zu dem(n) angeschlossenen Verbraucher(n) ist geschlossen. -

Die Caramatic DriveTwo kann auch mit nur einer Gasflasche betrieben werden. Das im Eingangsstutzen integrierte Rückschlagventil verhindert das Ausströmen von Gas aus dem freien Anschluss. Beim Betrieb mit nur einer Gasflasche muss der freie Anschluss an der Caramatic DriveTwo mittels der Verschlussmutter verschlossen werden. Umschalteinrichtung mit Drehgriff GRÜN auf angeschlossene Flasche stellen. -

Caramatic DriveTwo Pressure relief valve PRV The pressure relief valve (PRV) is an automatic safety device with limited flow that is installed in the pressure regulator to protect connected devices against inadmissible high pressures. If there is inadmissible high pressure at the outlet side, for example due to high temperatures, the PRV opens and relieves the excess pressure through the breather. -

Wijzigingen van de technische gegevens, drukfouten en vergissingen zijn voorbehouden. -

Caramatic DriveTwo Overdrukventiel PRV Het overdrukventiel PRV - Pressure Relief Valve, hierna PRV genoemd, is een in de drukregelaar ingebouwde, zelfstandig werkende veiligheidscomponent met begrensd debiet, die de aangesloten verbruikers beschermt tegen ontoelaatbaar hoge druk. Ontstaat aan de uitgangskant een ontoelaatbaar hoge druk, bijv. door hoge temperaturen, dan gaat de PRV open en blaast de overdruk via de ventilatieopening weg. -

Caramatic DriveTwo Beschadiging van het product door onjuiste inbouwrichting! De juiste werking is niet gegarandeerd. Montagerichting in acht nemen (deze is herkenbaar aangegeven op het product met een pijl) Schroefverbindingen Bij ondichte aansluitingen bestaat explosie-, brand- en verstikkingsgevaar! Draaien van het product kan leiden tot ontsnappen van gas. -

Vereenvoudigde dichtheidscontrole Bij iedere vervanging van de gasfles en na een langdurige periode van stilstand de gasflesinstallatie op dichtheid controleren. 1. De gasflessenventielen aan de bedrijfs- en reservekant zijn gesloten. -

BEDIENING De Caramatic DriveTwo kan ook met één gasfles gebruikt worden. Het in het ingangsmondstuk geïntegreerde terugslagventiel voorkomt het naar buiten stromen van gas uit de vrije aansluiting. Bij bedrijf met slechts één gasfles moet de vrije aansluiting aan de Caramatic DriveTwo met de sluitmoer afgesloten worden. -
