INSTALLATION

Installing the Valdis

Please read all the following instructions before beginning installation. The steps
required to properly install the Valdis

Required tool: Square screwdriver #2 (North America) or " Phillips" screwdriver (Europe)
1. Open the zippers of the backrest post
covers and slide them onto the back
post.
Fasten screws A through upper

grommets with a screwdriver.
Insert upper straps B into tightening

buckles and fasten with Velcro strips.
4. Insert each adjustable tension strap C
into tightening buckle.
5. Adjust the tension of each strap
individually to obtain a lumbar
support adapted to the occupant's
needs and fasten with Velcro strips.
Insert cable ties D through lower
6.
grommets and fasten the backrest to
the wheelchair frame.
WARNING
Do not tighten the straps excessively, this may deform the back post.
