(2) REMOVE ALL STAPLES AND CAPS FROM
STAPLER
Remove the hook if it is attached.
→ When the hook is attached, do not operate with
CONTACT ACTUATION MECHANISM.
DO NOT push or rest Push Lever against any surface.
DO NOT FORCE OR USE ANY TOOLS TO
OPERATE SWITCH.
(3) Adjust the air pressure to 70 psi (4.9 bar 5 kgf/cm
Connect the air hose.
Do not load any staples or caps in the Stapler.
□ THE NAILER MUST NOT LEAK AIR.
(4) Remove the fi nger from the trigger and press the
push lever against the workpiece.
□ THE NAILER MUST NOT OPERATE.
(5) Separate the push lever from the workpiece.
Next, point the Stapler downward, pull the trigger and
then wait in that position for 5 seconds or longer.
□ THE STAPLER MUST NOT OPERATE.

(1) With the Stapler off the workpiece, pull the Trigger.
Next, depress the Push Lever against the workpiece.
□ THE STAPLER MUST OPERATE.
(2) Next, depress the Push Lever against the workpiece.
Now pull the Trigger.
□ THE STAPLER MUST OPERATE.

(3) If no abnormal operation is observed, you may load
staples and caps in the Stapler.
Drive staples into the workpiece that is the same type
to be used in the actual application.
