Safety Instructions
To protect the floor or carpet from damage, place a mat under the treadmill.

Ensure that an area of 2000 x 1000 mm behind the treadmill is free from any obstacles.

This product is made for home use only and tested up to a maximum body weight of 100 kilograms.

The emergency dismount: Follow the steps listed below if you experience pain, feel faint or need to
-
stop your treadmill in an emergency situation:
1.) Grip handrails for support.
2.) Step onto the lateral platform.
Search for noisy parts: If you should notice unusual noises, like grinding, clacking etc. try to locate it
-
and have it repaired by a professional. Make sure the treadmill is not used until after repairs have
been made.
Assembly
A. Remove the treadmill from the shipping box. Lift the uprights to the unfolded position and screw
using 4 × M8*50 Bolts, then tighten these bolts with the corresponding washers and nuts..
B. Assemle the running deck frame to the front frame by fixing it with 1 x M6*10L and the corresponding
washer on each side.
C. Before you assemble know the tension cable, please make sure that resistance is at level 8. Follow
to following procdure to assemble the tension able:
1. Insert C trough A (Note: G can be found under the main frame).
2. Pull G downwards in order to make A close to B.
3. Revolve D in order to tighten these two parts as well.
Handling
A.
Please loosen knob (J) completely before folding the treadmill. Lift the deck up from the rear of the
treadmill and fold up and use knob (J) again to lock it. TO PREVENT INJURY BE SURE YOU HAVE
A FIRM HOLD WHEN RAISING THE DECK
THE TREADMILL IS FOLDED UP.
B. To unfold the treadmill for use unlock knob (J) first and stand behind the treadmill. Support the deck
with your hands. Slowly lower the deck. TO PREVENT INJURY MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A FIRM
HOLD ON THE DECK.
AND THE KNOB (J) IS LOCKED TIGHTLY WHEN
4
