Attach Side Beam( #3/#4) by guiding the mounting holes into the carriage bolt (#8) and shoulder

rivet on the wall bracket. Then bolt the side perimeter beam with a 1/4" washer (#9) and 1/4" acorn
nut (#10).

Repeat steps 12-15 for the opposite side.
