5.4.1.4. Breaking the link
If the PC sends the ASCII ESC (1BH) code, the repetitive measurements sent by the
multimeter will be interrupted, even if it is sent during one of the measurements.
5.4.2. Message contents
In the following, characters expressed in ASCII are shown between double quotes and
hexadecimal values are terminated by an H.
Messages from the PC consist of a sequence of codes, representing ASCII characters and
a carriage return (ODH) acting as a terminator.

First character = "2" (32H)
Initializes the DMM configuration (command message)
