You can wirelessly play back music from a Bluetooth
wireless audio playback A2DP.
If the device additionally supports the AVRCP profile, the playback even can be controlled via the remote control of
the soundbar.

13. Troubleshooting
With this soundbar, you have purchased a product built to the state of the art and operationally safe. If you encounter
any problems or interferences nevertheless, the following explanations may help in troubleshooting.
No function
• Ensure that the mains cable is properly connected to the soundbar (as well as the subwoofer, if applicable).
• Check if power is pending at the socket.
• Switch the soundbar from standby mode (operating display (7) lit red) to operating mode.
The remote control does not work.
• The range of the remote control has been exceeded or there are objects between the remote control and the
soundbar that impair signal transfer.
• The remote control was not pointed at the soundbar.
• The battery for the remote control has been inserted with the wrong polarity (+/-).
• The battery of the remote control is flat. Replace the battery.
Interfering noise is audible
• The plugs of the connection cables are contaminated. Clean the plugs with a slightly moistened cloth.
The device does not react to buttons
• The integrated processor must be reset. For this, switch off the soundbar, disconnect it from the power supply for a
few minutes and then take it into operation again.
No sound output
• Check that the desired audio source is on.
• Ensure that the proper audio output is chosen.
• Ensure that the mute function is deactivated and the volume is set high enough.
• Ensure that the sound format at the audio source is set to PCM when you use the digital inputs.
