Dear customer,
you have decided in favour of a ceramic sanitary product. Our aim is to advise you on
how to care for the products so that you will enjoy it for years to come. Hence, it is
important to observe the following points:
The surface of all ceramic sanitary products consists of a thin, glass-like layer (gla-
zing with a high melting point). This is a good choice for the bathroom and toilet on
account of the smooth and low-maintenance surface. However, you need to take
care not to damage the glazing, by for example allowing hard objects to fall onto it.
Impacts like this may lead to irreparable cracks and surface damage.
For daily cleaning we recommend standard sanitary cleaning agents. Limescale resi-
dues may be removed with commercially available limescale removers or the well-
known cleaning agents based on vinegar. Shavings on the ceramic surface, resulting
from contact with metal utensils such as steel, titanium, brass or copper, may be
recognised as grey or black marks or smudges. These traces, which may look like
cracks, cannot be removed with standard cleaning agents. To remove these traces, you
should rather use quartz sand or cleaning agents intended for ceramic hobs. However,
repeated use may result in erosion of the ceramic surface. For that reason, we recom-
mend careful treatment only locally and not over the entire surface.
Warranty
We warrant the product for 2 years from delivery. Please note that warranty claims
lapse if these care instructions are not observed or products are not treated properly.
