Before operation

1. Correct assembly according to the exploded drawing (page 15), all connecting parts should be well
sealed by tape or seal glue, do not have any loosen.
2. Check the seal specification.
Please be noted that the air intake pipe connected to the quick coupler on the top of measure cup must be
fitted with oil filter and air regulator. Please turn the ball valve handle under the measure cup to horizontal
position before testing, turn off the valve of suction tip, connect the air intake pipe with the quick coupler,
adjust the air intake pressure, the pointer of the pressure gauge will move, when the pressure reach to
0.05 bar, then turn off the air intake valve on the top of measuring cup and keep pressure for 1 hour,
check the pointer and if the pointer still keep on same position so it could be proved as seal well.
Turn off:
The air intake valve on the top of the tank
The discharging oil pipe valve
The valve under the oil tray
Turn the valve handle under the measuring cup to vertical position, open the measuring cup top valve, air
intake for about 3—5 minutes and then check the pressure gauge pointer changing, the pressure can not
be less than 5.5 bar, keep pressure for 1 hour, if the pointer no change so it can be regarded as pass
quality.
