Trouble cause
• Air leaking
• Steel ball rusting
• Air leaking
• The rubber ring of oil suction
plug is wear out.
• The oil suction tip cover is
distortion.
• Oil temperature is too low.
• Check the valve of oil suction
turning on or not.
• Check the oil suction pipe
jammed or touched the
bottom of tank.

Obviation
• Test the degree of vacuum of measuring cup
first, if the cup pass test so it shows the cup no
leaking, then check concerned seal position
of the tank such as the seal tape or seal glue.
If the cup can not pass test, so it show the
cup leaking, the connecting handle between
the up and down cover must be tightened by
a big wrench, or seal with seal glue on the
contact surface between the seal ring of the
up and down cover and the organ glass jar.
• If the steel ball rusting, so please change the
upper cover complete.
• Check all valve must be turned off.
• Same as above.
• Change the seal ring of oil suction plug.
• Change the oil suction tip cover.
• Let the oil temperature reach normal
temperature and try again.
• Turn on the valve of oil suction pipe.
• If the pipe jammed, so please clean it first.
