1 Before mounting

1. Unscrew self tapping screws to remove the cover.
2. Take out protective foam around the pump.
3. Place cover back and fasten screw.
2 Mounting
2.1 CAT135
1. The handle for the cover (01) needs to be assembled. Remove nuts and washers from handle. Place handle
in place on front part of cover and tighten screws with washers and nuts.
2. Attach the plastic filter to the pump (28). It fits in the wide opening on the side of the pump.
3. Attach the flexible pipe (24) to the pump. It must be screwed on the small open fitting on the top of the
pump.
4. Set the work shelf (06) on the body (07).
2.2 CAT220 - CAT340
1. Remove machine from carton and inspect for any visual damage.
2. Remove parts inside the machine.
3. Lay a clean cardboard on the floor and lay the machine on its lid. (Make sure you hold cover closed when
laying machine on its lid).
4. Mount four legs on brackets with M6x12 philips head screws and M6 nuts.
Note: do not tighten.
5. Place lower shelf between legs with flat surface down and attach to legs with M6x12 philips head screws
and M6 nuts.
6. With legs pressed tight against lower shelf, tighten all screws to lower shelf.
7. Tighten all screws installed in step 4.8.
8. Stand machine up, be careful to hold lid closed.
9. Place work shelf and basket into the machine.
10. Mount pump assembly into slot on the side of the machine. Place filter screen in position.
11. Plug machine into standard 230 Volt 50 Hz earthed outlet and fill with proper amount of fluid.
12. Turn switch on. Fluid should now be flowing from the flexible spigot.
