1. unpacking and control of deliveries

All machines are individually inspected and carefully packed.
The machine must be checked immediately after receipt paying particular attention to the correct transport position. Any deviation from the prescribed
transport position must be noted on the shipping documents. It is recommended to perform an incoming goods inspection.
• Check the product for damage or oil stains and, if this is the case, note this down on the shipping documents immediately.
• Remove the packaging and check to ensure that the machine does not show any damage through impacts or scratches nor any other damage on the
outside and that no parts are missing.
• Before disposing of the packaging material, ensure that there are no more documents or machine parts inside.
The forwarder must be notified, within 8 days after receipt of the goods and by registered mail, of any damage identified.
The forwarder will be liable for any damage incurred during transport.
häwa GmbH does not assume any liability for product damage attributable to the forwarder.
Note:
• The product may not be returned without prior consent by häwa GmbH.
• If the product cannot be immediately assembled or if it needs to be transported to its final destination, after checking, it should be repacked in its
original packaging and stored in a protected place
cAuTION: To protect the environment, please recycle the packaging carton and separate it from plastic.
2. Identification
This air conditioner can be unequivocally identified with the help of the type plate, which contains all labeling data required for correct operation.
The type plate is hot stamped onto a plastic support to ensure long durability of the inscription even under particularly adverse conditions.
Note: Please always state the serial number if you have any questions of if you require any further information about the machine.
