Troubleshooting
The lamp is not working.
Possible causes:
The lamp does not
regulate the brightness
to the set value.
Possible cause:
The lamp does not switch
on automatically via the
motion detector.
Possible cause:
The holiday control
cannot be activated.
Possible cause:

•
There is no mains voltage present.
Check whether the green LED of the DIM MULTI 3 lights up when
you move your hand in front of the sensor.
•
The illuminants are defect.
Exchange these.
•
The lamp has been switched off at the button.
Switch the lamp on.
•
The sensor is too greatly exposed to the ambient light. Hold the
sensor closed and observe the behavior of the lamp.
•
After setting the brightness you have 30 s time to save the current
light value as set value with a double click (press button twice
briefly). If you press the button later, you activate the holiday
control. Please observe this time.
•
The brightness control is first started 5 seconds after the set value
is set. Every further press of the button within this delay time is
ignored. Please observe this delay time.
•
The brightness control has been deactivated through altering the
brightness by pressing the button. Switch the lamp off and then
on again.
•
The lamp has been switched off with a press of the button. Take
note: After the lamp is switched off the motion detection is first
active again when there are no longer any persons situated in the
detection range for more than 30 s.
•
The workplace is not completely within the detection range of
the sensors. Move your hand in front of one of the sensors and
observe the behavior of the lamp, the LED in the sensor flashes
when movement is detected. If the lamp or the sensor LED does
not react to the movement, realign the lamp to it.
•
There is sufficient daylight available, and no additional artificial
light is required.
•
The holiday control is activated. Switch the lamp on with a short
press of the button.
•
The brightness has been changed less than 30 seconds ago with
a press of the button.
Wait at least 30 seconds after changing the brightness before you
activate the holiday control.
