Intended use
The linear laboratory power supply serves as a potiential-free DC voltage source for the operation of small
voltage consumptions up to an operating voltage of a maximum of 36 V. The connection is provided via
high-load screw terminals with 4 mm sockets. On the output the voltage can be stagelessly from 0 - 36 V
and the current from 0.01 - 40 A:
The settings for current and voltage are made via coarse and fine controls in order to allow fast and pre-
cise value settings. The values are displayed in concise LC display.
The current limitation can be preset via a „C-LIMIT" key. The usual short circuit switch on the DC output
does not apply. The DC output can be switched off.
The power supply can be used as a desktop device or installed with the supplied fitting mounts in 19''
module carriers.
The device is overload and short-circuit-proof and contains a safety temperature cut-off.
The laboratory power supply is designed in compliance with protection class 1. It is only approved for
connection to shockproof sockets with protective grounding and an alternating current of 230V/AC50 Hz
commonly used in households. The ground potential socket is directly connected with the protective
earthing on the mains plug.
Do not use in adverse ambient conditions. Unfavourable ambient conditions are:
- Excessive humidity or dampness
- Dust and combustible gases, vapours or solvents.
- Thunderstorms or similar conditions such as strong electrostatic fields etc.
Any use other than that described above will damage the product and may involve other risks, such as
short-circuit, fire, electric shock, etc. Do not change or modify any part of the product! Observe the safety
instructions absolutely!
