EXIT
Menu item to exit and return to the main screen.

Auto-off function (cool down)

When switched off, the oven will keep the ventilation switched on until it is cooled down.
An alert will appear on the screen with the current and shut off temperature.
The oven will continue to cool down to a temperature of 140°C, after which it will automatically shut off as soon as such
temperature is reached.
During this phase, DO NOT disconnect the power cord or the electronic components may be damaged.

Troubleshooting

The probe is not connected or malfunction.

Safety thermostat

The safety thermostat is turned on by deactivating the resistances when the temperature of the chamber has exceeded
500°C. The safety thermostat is on manual reset and located inside the control panel.
To correct the error, disconnect the plug from the power panel and wait for the chamber to cool.
Open the control panel door and press the red reset button of the safety thermostat. Reset is not possible until the chamber
temperature has dropped below 500°C.
Since the safety thermostat is only activated in case of serious faults, carefully check its operation and carry out any repairs
before restarting the oven.
