Solution
Put the mains plug in an earthed wall socket.
Press the start/stop button to turn on the
appliance.
Put smaller batches of ingredients in the
basket. Smaller batches are fired more
evenly.
Increase the temperature or cook
time.
Shake food halfway during the cooking time.
Use oven snackes or lightly brush some oil
onto the snacks for a crispier result.
When you fry greasy ingredients, oil will leak
into the basket. The oil produces white
smoke and the basket may heat up. This
does not affect the cooking result or hurt the
appliance.
Clean the basket properly after each use.
Use fresh potatoes.
