Gearbox

The machine consists
comprising a gearbox and PTO shuttle, each
controlled by a lever.
The speed at which you drive the machine must
be chosen to suit:
The work required.

The implement used.
●
The type of ground.
●

Gearshift lever

The lever can be moved in five positions (plus
neutral):

Selection is not synchronized.
To shift gear:
Release the Gear Stop lever.

Select the required range.
●
Turn the lever left, select the speed range
●
'slow' or 'fast' and re-position on the central
neutral.
Turn the lever right and engage the 1st-2nd
or 3rd-4th speeds.
The reverse gear can be engaged by
turning the lever right and pushing forward.
NB: the reverse gear can be engaged only
if the slow gear has been previously
selected. With the fast gear engaged, the
reverse selection is not possible.
Gradually depress the Gear Stop lever to

disengage the safety linkage in the device.
WARNING
Engagement of the reverse gear and/or
the consequent engagement of the
forward speed gear must ALWAYS be
performed with the engine idling and
with the wheels of the machine at a
standstill.
