Electrical Connections

The three system components have to be connected as given in the con-
nection diagram. Two jumpers (not included) must be placed between
connection terminals 18, 19 and 12, 16.
The analog output of the flow sensor is not required. The connecting line
(sw) is either connected across connection terminal 7 (dummy connection)
or can alternatively be used for an additional signal evaluation.
ATTENTION
The transmitter supply of the consumption display unit
(connection terminals 19, 20) must not be used.
Non-compliance may result in irreversible damage due to
electrical mismatch.

Instrument Operation

Before commissioning, the operating instructions which are applicable for
the respective individual system components must be carefully noted and it
must be checked that the electrical connections are correct. Any connection
errors must be eliminated immediately.
Normal operation mode
After setting up the supply voltage, the consumption display unit will auto-
matically start at the operating level.
The display unit can be set either to consumption volume or flow rate.
Selecting the display mode

Press the arrow key (→) repeatedly if necessary, until the required
display mode lights up in the symbol display.
