ADJUSTMENTS

SAFETY LOCK

For maximum security, the safety lock will
automatically reset in the "locked" position unless
disengaged. The safety lock can be disengaged by
sliding the knob over and down, hooking into slot.

TRANSPORT

It is important to re-engage lock and secure

carrying, or transporting your Magnum Edge Flooring
Shear.

MAINTENANCE

LUBRICATING
Your Magnum EDGE has been pre-lubricated with
grease under the end caps. Re-Grease every 2 years of
use, or if the shear starts squeaking.
1. Lock the handle down
2. Lay your Magnum EDGE on its side
3. Remove the end cap by unscrewing the two button
head screws with a 5mm hex "Allen" wrench

4. Fill the grease cavity (H) with grease
5. Re-attach the end cap
6. Repeat procedure on the other side
THE BLADE STOP
The blade stop may become worn. Remove anvil, turn
blade stop over for more use. Replacements can be
purchased at your dealer.
