Operation
The operator must use the product in
u
accordance with the regulations. The
local conditions must be taken into
account. When working, pay atten-
tion to other people, especially to
children.
Never allow children, persons with
u
physical, sensory or mental limita-
tions or a lack of experience and/or
knowledge and/or people unfamiliar
with these instructions to use the
product. Local regulations may re-
strict the age of the operator.
Children should be supervised to en-
u
sure that they do not play with the
product.
The operator is responsible for third
u
parties in the work area. Make sure
that the water jet does not point in a
direction where it can cause dam-
age.
Application
All current-conducting components
u
in the work area must be protected
against splashed water.
Materials containing asbestos and
u
other materials which contain sub-
stances which are hazardous to your
health must not be sprayed.
Operate the machine only when the
u
battery compartment is shut. This
protects the battery against
splashed water.
Before use, check that the machine
u
and operating equipment are in per-

fect condition and are safe to oper-
ate. Do not use if it is not in perfect
condition.
The machine must be placed on a
u
stable surface.
Do not use solvent-containing li-
u
quids, undiluted acids, acetone or
solvents, including petrol, paint thin-
ners, heating oil. The sprayed va-
pours are highly flammable, explos-
ive and toxic.
Never fill the water tank with the fil-
u
ter removed or if the filter is dam-
aged.
Do not modify the machine. Unau-
u
thorized modifications can impair
the safety of your machine, lead to
increased noise and vibrations, and
poor performance.
Do not direct the spray jet against
u
the faces of persons or animals.
Never immerse the machine into wa-
u
ter to fill the tank.
High pressure may cause objects to
u
rebound. If necessary wear suitable
personnel protective equipment
such as safety goggles.
Use only fresh (not saline) water to
u
fill the water tank.
Recommendations for Optimal
Handling of the Battery Pack
Do not open the battery. There is a risk of short-circuit-
u
ing.
Protect the battery against heat (e.g.,
against continuous intense sunlight), fire,
water, and moisture. There is a risk of explo-
sion.
In case of damage and improper use of the battery
u
pack, vapours may be emitted. Ventilate the area and
