When any crack is visible on the hot plate, disconnect the appliance from the
electrical mains immediately and call a person authorised to perform repairs.

The power of the hot plate is regulated with a 7-position
selector knob. Such control allows for the correct and
economical regulation of heat transfer to the dish.

On the knob, which may be freely turned in both directions,
there are numerical designations from 1 to 6 (Fig. 3). These
positions correspond to the particular power of the hot plate.
