Release of Burnt Gases
 The air required for burning is taken to the environment of the
hob and the burnt gas are released to the environment. Proper
ventilation should be maintained for safe operation of the unit.
The ventilation openings defined as per the volume of the
environment are provided at the bale (Table 1).
 Burnt gases should be discharged outside by the hood with
flume.
 If no kitchen hood is used, an electrical ventilator should be used
having guaranteed capacity to discharge 3-5 times of the
kitchen air to be installed at the wall or window of the building
(Figure 6)
