Safety of BERG trampolines
BERG trampolines are TUV-approved and inspected by AIB Vinçotte. BERG trampolines
consequently comply with all safety requirements.
Conditions for use
1. Ensure that the BERG trampoline is level. A spirit level may prove helpful, or you can put a ball
in the middle of the canvas, then adjust the leg height until the ball stops rolling away from the
middle.
2. To prevent injury, the BERG trampoline must always be fitted with the protective surround.
Check regularly whether this is still fitted in accordance with the assembly instructions.
3. Inspect the BERG trampoline before each use, referring to the assembly instructions, and
replace defective or missing parts.
4. Do not allow any objects or persons underneath the BERG trampoline.
5. Only use the BERG trampoline when it is clean and dry. Jumping in rain and/or wind is not
permitted.
6. The BERG Champion is designed for use by 1 person at a time, whose weight must not
exceed 70 kg (BERG Champion 9 ft (270)), 100 kg (BERG Champion 11 ft (330)), 110 kg.
(BERG Champion 12.5 ft (380)) and 120 kg. (BERG Champion 14 ft (430) and BERG
Champion 15 ft (460)).
7. The use of fertilisers (artificial fertiliser, fertiliser pellets, etc.) is not allowed without a radius of 2
metres around the BERG trampoline. Using such products can harm the the resistance of
BERG trampolines.
Instructions for use
BERG trampolines use springs to propel the user to unaccustomed heights, allowing a variety of
body movements. The spring resistance of the BERG trampoline, touching the springs, the frame,
or landing incorrectly on the BERG trampoline, can cause serious injury. In order to avoid this, it is
important to read through all the instructions carefully and to follow them scrupulously. It is
important that all users receive proper instructions before making use of the BERG trampoline. In
addition, the enclosed safety rules must be attached to the BERG trampoline so that they are
clearly visible.
