Adjusting to Summer Time

You can adjust to Summer Time when the season
changes.

Press MENU, and the SET UP 1 display appears
on the monitor screen.

Set the date and time the Summer Time adjustment
is made.
WEEK ON
Press DATA '/' to set which day the Summer
Time adjustment is made:
1ST, 2ND, 3RD, 4TH or LST for first, second,
third, fourth or last week.
Then press SHIFT b, and press DATA '/' to
select the day of the week:
SUN, MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI or SAT
MONTH ON
Press DATA '/' to set which month the
Summer Time adjustment is made:
01, 02, 03, 04...11, 12 for January, February
.....December
TIME ON
Press DATA '/' to set the time the Summer
Time adjustment is made. The time can only be
set between 01 and 22.
Then press SHIFT b, and press DATA '/' to
set the minutes.
NO USE
USE
Following the same procedures as WEEK ON,
MONTH ON and TIME ON, set WEEK OFF,
MONTH OFF and TIME OFF when the time is
changed back from the Summer Time to standard
time.

Press PAUSE to return to the normal display.

Setting the Time/Date Display

You can display four items of information, date, time,
number of alarm recordings and recording/playback
speed and turn off each item which you do not want to
display.

Turn on the power of the equipment to be used.

Press MENU until the SET UP 2 display appears
on the monitor screen.

Press SHIFT v so that the item of DISPLAY to be set
flashes and DATA '/' to set to Y(yes) or N(no).
Example: When you set the date display to N.

Press PAUSE to return to the normal display (time/
date screen).
