6. TROUBLESHOOTING
6.1. In case of any issues, always first check whether the following voltages are present using a multimeter:

Display module
If you answer the call (receiver off the hook, pressing speech key),
a speech connection is established.
The speech connection is interrupted:
• as soon as the receiver of the internal unit is on the hook or
the speech key is pressed
• as soon as the set speaking time has elapsed
The standby mode will reappear on the screen.
Code lock module and display module
Press smart key
or * on the code lock module. A screen
to enter the code appears on the display (image 23).
The following screen will appear:
Enter a 1- to 4-digit code in the code lock module.
Confirm using smart key
If the code is invalid, the door opener is not activated.
Press the smart key
If you enter the wrong access code three times in a row, the code
lock will be blocked for 180s.
