If none of the above-mentioned steps provide a solution for your
problem, please contact the AMIBOT after-sales department.
1. The smartphone is
not connected to the
home Wi-Fi network.
2. The distance
between the robot
and the smartphone
is too great.
3. The robot is already
paired with another
smartphone.
1. The robot has run
out of battery.
2. The robot is not on
its home base and is
hibernating.

1. Connect your
smartphone to the
home Wi-Fi network.
2. Move closer to the
robot with your
smartphone.
3. Ask the owner user for
permission to share the
robot.
1. Charge the robot using
its home base or by
directly connecting
the power cable to the
appliance.
2. Manually exit the robot
from hibernate. Press
the AUTO button on the
robot.
