RECIPES
Spinach Power Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup spinach leaves

½ cup frozen green grapes

½ cup frozen mixed berries

1 large banana, chopped and frozen

1 cup almond milk (can be substituted by milk or liquid of

choice)
Place all ingredients in the jar, starting with the liquid and soft
ingredients and adding the frozen or hard ingredients on top.
Blend on "SMOOTHIE" setting until desired consistency is reached, or
until preset time is up. Use the tamper to press the ingredients into the
blades if necessary. Pour the smoothie in a large cup and enjoy!
Note: For a higher protein option, add a scoop of your favorite vanilla
protein powder.
