5. DISPLAY CONTROLS

5.1 Internal display

Follow these instructions when using your appliance.
Your refrigerator is equipped with the functions and
modes shown in the display panel images below.
When the appliance is powered on for the first time,
the icons on the display panel will light up. If no
buttons are pressed and the doors are kept closed,
the lights on the display panel will go off.

5.2 Controlling the temperature

When the refrigerator is started for the first time, the
temperature is set at 39°F. If you want to change the
temperature, follow the instructions below.
Caution!
When setting a temperature, you set
an average temperature for the whole
refrigerator cabinet. Temperatures inside
each individual compartment may deviate
from the temperature values displayed on the
panel, depending on how much food you store
and where you place it. Ambient temperature
may also affect the actual temperature inside
the appliance.
Press " " to set the refrigerator temperature
between 36°F and 46°F as needed; the corresponding
values will be displayed on the panel in sequence as
follows:
39 °F 37 °F
41 °F 43 °F
36 °F 46 °F
45 °F

5.3 Super Freeze ( )

Super Freeze will quickly lower the temperature
within the freezer so that food will freeze faster. This
can lock in the vitamins and nutrients of fresh food
and keep food fresh for longer.
You can press and hold "
Super Freeze mode.
When Super Freeze
corresponding symbol lights up and the freezer
temperature will be set at -11°F.
If you have a large amount of food to freeze, please
wait about 24 hours before loading the freezer.
Super Freeze automatically switches off after 52
hours, at which time the freezer temperature reverts
back to its previous setting.

5.4 The On/Off switch ( )

You can switch your appliance on or off by pressing
this button.
Press and hold the On/Off button for 3 seconds and,
after a buzzer sounds, the appliance will turn off.
Press and hold the On/Off button for 1 second and,
after a buzzer sounds, the appliance will turn on.
