Troubleshooting - Rockford Fosgate 3SIXTY Installation Et Fonctionnement

3Sixty Unit
Device doesn't turn on.
A. Verify connections.
B. Verify there is 10.5 - 15.5 Volts present at the power B+ connection to the 3Sixty unit.
C. Contact Customer service.
Power Indicator (Red LED) does not stop blinking.
A. Turn power off to 3Sixty unit.Wait a moment and turn unit back on.
B. If problem persists, contact Customer service.
No signal (SIG) indicator when my inputs are connected.
A. Verify connections.
B. Turn the input sensitivity level control up until signal indicator is illuminated.
C. Verify signal from source.
No clip (CLP) indicator.
A. Turn the input sensitivity level control up.
B. If this does not help, your signal level may be too low from your source.
a. Increase your source signal level.
b. You may not have the required 1VRMS to clip the 3Sixty.
No audio out.
A. Verify all connections to the 3Sixty and other audio devices in your system.
B. Verify that all audio devices connected to the 3Sixty unit have power on.
C. Check that the remote has not switch the 3Sixty unit to use Aux (auxiliary) inputs.
D. Call Customer service.
Distorted audio at high volumes.
A. Turn the input sensitivity level down slightly.
System does not respond to 3Sixty remote controller.
A. Check cable connection between 3Sixty and remote.
B. Check the feature settings of the remote in the Palm interface, since it may control the sub or
master volume, you may need to choose the best setting for your system.
Bluetooth indicator (Blue LED) remains on even when Palm is off and/or disconnected.
A. Turn power off to 3Sixty unit.Wait a moment and turn unit back on.
3Sixty will not accept the PIN number.
A. Verify the PIN you are entering is correct.
B. Press the PIN reset button, this will restore the pin to "0000" (four zeros).
