HARDWARE INFORMATION

Each 3Sixty contains system information. This information includes the
devices name, serial number, Bluetooth® PIN (Personal Identification
Number) and other important information.
NOTE:As new features become available for your 3Sixty unit, this is
the section you will use to update your firmware.
1.
To view the information on your 3Sixty unit, choose the Hardware
Info icon on the main screen.
NOTE:If the Palm device is running the demo mode, the hardware
settings will not display any data. You must be connected to a
3Sixty unit to retrieve this information.
Device
1.
This is the current name of the 3Sixty unit you are currently
connected to. This is not the file name, this is the name the 3Sixty
unit uses during Bluetooth connection.
NOTE:The default name is "3Sixty" and it's serial number.

To change the name of the 3Sixty, click Edit next to the current
device name.

Enter the new name and click the Done icon, or click the Cancel
icon to cancel out of this option.
Serial #
4.
This is the serial number of the 3Sixty unit you are currently connected to. The serial number can
also be located on the bottom of the 3Sixty unit.
Pin # (Personal Identification Number)
5.
This is the PIN number of the 3Sixty unit you are currently
connected to.
NOTE:The default PIN is "0000" (four zeros).This number can also be
reset to default by pressing the PIN RESET button on the
3Sixty unit with the head of a pen.

To change the PIN of the 3Sixty, click Edit next to the Pin # line.

Enter the old and new PIN and click the Done icon, or click the
Cancel icon to cancel out of this option.
Firmware Ver (Firmware Version)
8.
This is the version of the firmware currently running the 3Sixty unit you are currently connected to.
NOTE:The firmware version may change during Upgrade Device.
Device Level
9.
This tells you which 3Sixty you have, either 3Sixty.1 or 3Sixty.2.
NOTE:The device level may change during Upgrade Device.
Upgrade Device
10. Clicking on the Upgrade Device icon will take you to a screen that will ask for your serial number
and the unlock code that you received to upgrade your firmware. Enter this and click Unlock to
proceed, or click the Cancel icon to cancel out of this option.
Done
11. Clicking on the Done icon will return you back to the Main Screen.
