UNING
TUNING YOUR SYSTEM - EQ
If you are continuing from the previous section then continue to step 1. If you need to load a file or are
connecting to a 3Sixty unit, see Loading a File in section Operation-Files, or Bluetooth Connection at the
beginning of section Operation-Setup.

Select the Tune System icon from the main menu to go
to the Tuning Screen.
NOTE:Adjustments made are in real time and these
adjustments are saved to the 3Sixty as well as to
the file with the same name on the Palm device.
If you don't want to make changes to the file, be
sure you save a copy of it with a different name
before continuing.
Tune System
The first screen is the Tuning Screen, here you can click on a
speaker icon to go to the EQ and crossover settings.With the 3Sixty.2 you can also get an overview of
your current settings, save your settings as a file on your palm, adjust the settings for the auxiliary input
and set the output levels for all the channels. Clicking done will return you to the main menu.
Setting the Equalizer (EQ)
NOTE:When adjustments are made to the EQ, the system may take a few moments to update the
information on the 3Sixty unit. During the updating process the Blue LED will blink and the word
"UPDATING" will be displayed on the screen.
Normal operation of the Palm will resume when the
updating is finished.

To access the EQ and other features simple click on the
desired speaker in the home screen. If the OEM
Integration feature was used, the next screen will show a
frequency response of before and after. To continue to
EQ, press Edit.
The front channels have a 5-band equalizer
3Sixty.1:
(EQ), the center and rear channels have a
4-band EQ, and the sub channel has a
2-band EQ.
The front left and right channels have a
3Sixty.2:
31-band 1/3rd octave equalizer (EQ), the
center, rear left and right channels have a
27-band 1/3rd octave EQ, and the sub channel
has a 10-band 1/3rd octave EQ.
NOTE:You can move quickly to any of the channels by
simply touching the speaker icon of the channel you want in the Channel
Jump area.

To adjust the EQ, simply use the stylus to move a slider. An EQ curve may
also be "drawn" simply by dragging the stylus from one side to the other.
NOTE:The active sliders parameters, frequency and level, are display in the
magnifier display for easy access. These values cannot be edited directly,
the slider must be used for adjustments.
Flat (All Channels) - 3Sixty.2 Only

Clicking on the Flat icon will reset your EQ parameters
to nominally flat for that channel. If the channel was
linked, front or rear channels, this will reset both left
and right channels.
