Problems
When the trigger is

Causes
- Supply failure
- Partial activation of the trigger
- Defective cartridge
- O-ring damaged or missing
- Supply pipelines, cap, spray nozzle
dirty or clogged
- Excessive inactivity
- Material expired or cartridge
defective
- Nozzle and needle damaged
- Air has in ltrated the gun during use
Solutions
- Open the handwheel (pos. 9)
- Push the trigger fully down
- Follow the relevant instructions/
recommendations
- Change the O-rings on the front base
- Clean all pipelines, cap and spray
nozzle
- Clean the gun thoroughly
- Change the type of material or replace
the cartridge
- Replace damaged nozzle or needle
- Gun blocked; perform maintenance
operations
- Proceed with a thorough cleaning of
the gun and all internal
pipelines, and strictly follow procedure to
avoid this problem
in the future. (If possible, insert the solvent
in an empty and clean cartridge).
