Before gun start-up and usage, wear the recommended individual safety devices:
• Safety gloves
• Anti-noise ear protectors (optional)
• Safety goggles
The line must be equipped with a pressure reducer and fi lter unit (RF), and valve to shut off air supply.
1. Air supply system
Connect the gun to a compressed air system featuring the following characteristics:
• Maximum air humidity: 5%
• Air temperature range from -10°C to +70°C
• System ow rate of at least 500 l/min
• System equipped with lubricator: lubrication of 3-4 drops of lubricant every 1000 l/min.
The gun is equipped with a ¼ gas male threaded connector, which can be used for connection as needed.
The recommended maximum length of the gun connection tube is 10 m, with a minimum internal section of 6 mm.
The gun operates at a range of 4 to 6 BAR as required, with an approximate air consumption of 200-300 l/min.
