OP 1338
1.Re lls see "Cartridge re lls".
2. Connection to the pneumatic air supply, see in "air supply system".
3. Press the trigger and direct the gun towards the object to be coated at a distance of between 3 and 10 cm
(variable according to the required results).
4 After use, disconnect the air supply and hang the gun up on the relative hook. (see. point Interruptions).
When the gun is not in use, always leave a cartridge tted in the tube to ensure that material does not harden
inside (cf. see under).
Interruption
The gun is airtight; sealing is guaranteed by the needle in the nozzle on one side and the cartridge itself on the
other. In the event of pauses during work, always keep the cartridge inserted in the gun to ensure airtight closure;
otherwise clean the gun according to the relative instructions.
After use or in the event of prolonged pauses, the gun should be cleaned immediately as per the instructions. The
hardening of material inside the pipelines of the gun would cause it to seize with consequent damage.
If using polyurethane base sealants, it is not recommended to leave the cartridge in the gun for more than 1-2
days (quickly hardening material, above all when subject to humidity).
If using polymer base sealant material (Ms polymer) the cartridge should be left in the gun, and checked weekly.
Tests show that the material can be left in the gun even for more than one month, provided that it is checked weekly.
