Training and operating instructions
Display:
Recovery Pulse
End of the recovery pulse measuring with indicati-
on of the end pulse after 60 seconds, the difference
between starting pulse and end pulse and the fitness
grade, which is calculated from this difference.
Note:
In this function, the flywheel mass is braked automatically.
Further training is not recommended.
By pressing "Back" the display returns to the training stand-
by, displaying the average values.
Recovery pulse measuring and pulse loss
If the current pulse measuring is interrupted, the count down
mode is carried out, but no fitness grade is calculated.
By pressing "Back" you will skip to the training stand-by.
The average values are shown on the display.

By pressing "Display" you will switch the information from

"Current Training" to "Programs Indication", then to "Pulse
Information", then to "Average Values" etc.
Interruption or end of training
If you achieve less than 10 pedal rotations/min or if you
press "Recovery", the electronic system will recognise a
training interruption. The average values are displayed.
Display:
The training data are displayed as preset in the
menu "Settings -> Stand-by". If you do not press any keys
or train during this time, the electronic system will change
over into the stand-by mode
Resuming training
If you resume training during the "Stand-by time", the last
values are counted up or down.
Individual training profiles (edit)
The menu "Programs" offers the possibility to create individual
performance profiles and HRC profile programs.
Performance (individual)
There are 5 performance programs available. All have the
same duration and length and you can edit them individually.

By pressing "Edit" you skip to the sub menu "Edit
Programs".
Every minute is displayed as a block. The training time
(length) can be set between 20 and 120 minutes.
The - / + keys reduce or increase the training time by 10
minutes.
The navigation keys left/right mark a time block. This
time block is flashing.
The navigation keys up/down change the performance
of the flashing block.
